CUSTOM ORDERS AND DEPOSITS

Custom order deposits are non refundable. Your deposit is put towards your balance of your order and holds your place in line.

Your balance after deposit is due before it is completed. You have 15 days to pay remaining balance before you forfeit your deposit. Custom items are nonrefundable. This applies to most of our items.

Each item from us is made by hand in our small studio. What does this mean for you?

All items have a varied turnaround. This means any item can have a long turnaround if we are jam packed. No item will take longer than 6 months turnaround. If you need an item by a certain date, please speak with us prior to your purchase to make sure we can accommodate the timeline. Rush orders are available and start at $100.

With every item being handmade from sheet metal, no two items are identical.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped USPS priority mail. All items contain a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages after they leave our studio. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request. Please check your mailing address prior to checkout. You are responsible for providing the correct address.

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS
Any attempt to alter, repair, or modify your piece at home or by a third party automatically voids all warranties and eligibility for repairs through our studio.
We cannot guarantee the integrity or safety of a piece once it has been worked on outside of our shop. If an issue arises, please contact us first so we can assess and properly repair your item.
