All Sales Are Final

All sales are FINAL unless otherwise stated. Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

 

Custom Orders & Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit will be applied toward the total balance of your order.
  • Turnaround time for custom orders averages 8 weeks, but may be shorter or longer depending on workload. It will never exceed 6 months.
  • Work will not begin until the deposit has been paid.
  • The remaining balance is due once the item is finished.
  • You have 45 days to pay your remaining balance after completion. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

Handcrafted Nature

Each piece is handmade in our small studio from sheet metal — meaning no two items are identical.

Turnaround times vary based on order volume. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm that we can accommodate your timeline.

Shipping

  • All items ship via USPS and include a tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our studio.
  • Additional shipping insurance can be purchased upon request.
  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

  • All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Because each piece is handcrafted and materials are prepared shortly after purchase, cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation/restocking fee to cover processing and material costs.
  • If production or shipping has already begun, we may be unable to cancel your order. In that case, your item may qualify for return according to our return policy (if applicable).
  • Custom items are non-refundable. This applies to most items in our shop.
